The CTE Office with our partners at CUNY: Bronx Community College will be doing a virtual info session on its Automotive programs on Fri, Jan 15 @ 10AM-Noon via Zoom. All students, regardless of CTE track, with any interest in automotive technology are encouraged to attend. We will be featuring speakers from BMW, Nissan, Toyota, as well as DCAS and MTA: NYC Transit. We will have an interactive Q & A where students may ask questions. Students who complete BCC's Automotive Technology program are eligible for a variety of automotive-oriented positions including test technicians, diagnosticians, equipment sales and service, independent business administrators, dealership service managers, service writers, engine machinists, automatic transmission and engine management specialists, and general service technicians. Further training and education can lead to careers in engineering, insurance, investigation, and many other specialties.
