We are excited to announce the implementation of the SY 20-21 Training Opportunities Program (TOP).
If you are new to the TOP program it is important to note some of our processes:
Schools will be notified of their start date to begin their internship (students will not be allowed to begin their internship before December 7th).
Timesheets are due only when students have completed full internship hours.
Returning TOP interns do not need to submit supportive documents (An updated working paper is needed if there has been changes with age).
All first-time interns must submit all supportive documents.
The Deadline for all applications is Friday December 7th, 2020.
TOP will end on April 30th, 2021.
TOP will offer students two different models that reflect current NYCDOE student learning policies.
Due to funding constraints, TCAC will only be able to offer 200 participant slots per borough.
Students will be chosen randomly through a lottery.
Please note that students who participated in TOP during the 2019-2020 academic school year do not need to submit their supporting documents; they only need to submit a 2020-2021 TOP application.
