Welcome to the Democratize AI community and thank you for volunteering at our next event happening this Monday. I'm Leo, the event co-organizer and I work at Fusemachines as Marketing Manager.
We gather students, entrepreneurs, researchers in the same space to have conversations about AI & Machine Learning. We expect between 75 to 125 people on Monday so your help is much needed.
The event takes place at Work-Bench, 110 Fifth Avenue - 5th Floor (Union Square), and extends from 6pm to 8:30pm. We ask that you come at 5:30pm at the latest to help us with the set up and welcoming guests.
There is no particular dress code but you're encouraged to look your best!
I have your phone numbers (except for Chris!) and will send group text on the day of the event to coordinate.
